my penis come out a yellow liquid, when u pee,there is a feel but not painful, am I infected disease?

Answer:

Usually yellow fluid (discharge) from penis is one of the sign of infection.

Before we conclude the diagnosis, we need some basic history prior to that.

Examination & sometime Laboratory investigations is necessary.

Most uncomplicated presumed " infection" can be treated with common antibiotic.
