Tymp Test

My little one has been referred to ENT as she failed the hearing screening test for her left ear..been through AABR and BERA test. Diagnosed type B..doctor just advised to take sterimar and do tymp test after 6 weeks. May I know how much it cost for tymp test and the consultation fees for specialist care?
