Treating Cephalic Hematoma in babies

Hello Drs. I have a baby aging 3 months old now. He had cephalic hematoma since birth and we were told that the swelling will go off by itself. Unfortunately the bulging is becoming harder day by day and we are worried of the uneven shape of the skull. Can anyone advise if there's anything we can do about it?
