Right eye pain, hissing ears, dizziness, headache, blurry vision, hypo/hyper

Hi. Sometime I feel hypo/hyper, dizziness, blurry or dark vision, hissing sound in ears and sometime pain. It is worsen when I use laptop or gadjet even after only a few minutes.
