Answer:
Regarding your inquiry, we would be happy to provide a second opinion on her current treatment approach. It is reassuring that her medical team is already exploring cutting-edge options like DNA sequencing to better understand her cancer’s genetic profile. This will certainly help in determining if there are any potential treatment modifications or clinical trial opportunities that could offer better outcomes.

To ensure we offer the most accurate and tailored advice, we would need to review your daughter’s detailed medical records, including her pathology reports, treatment history, and any other relevant diagnostic information, such as the DNA sequencing results once available. Our team of pediatric oncology specialists, along with our multidisciplinary experts, would be happy to evaluate her case comprehensively.

We recommend scheduling a consultation with our pediatric oncology team to discuss her current treatment in more detail, and we will be happy to guide you through any additional treatment options or clinical trials that may be appropriate. We also suggest considering a discussion about her long-term care plan to manage the effects of multiple rounds of treatment and address any ongoing challenges she may be facing.
