Haemorhoid prolapse after Haemorrhoid banding
Before banding, doctor diagnosed that I have one grade 2 and grade 3 haemorhoid then he decided to give me haemorhoid banding. Today is day 6, the haemorhoid still come out after pooping. I start pooping since day 3 because it is hard for me to poop without straining. So I strain and control breathing when pooping and this resulting the anus very pain each time. So, is this mean my banding is failed as the haemorrhoid still come out after 6 day from banding. Until now no bleeding was observed and no rubber band was observed after pooping. What drug can I use to to reduce swelling and pain because doctor only give me the lactulose and diosmin and hesperidin only.

Answer:
It's common for hemorrhoids to still protrude after banding initially, as it may take some time for the swollen tissue to shrink and for symptoms to improve. Here are some general tips to help manage your symptoms after hemorrhoid banding.
Pain relief: Over-the-counter pain medications like paracetamol can help with any discomfort.
Topical treatments, using hemorrhoid creams or suppositories to help reduce swelling and alleviate symptoms.
If your hemorrhoids are still bothersome after following these tips, it's essential to follow up with your doctor. They may recommend additional treatments or adjustments to your care plan.
