This package is valid till 31^st December 2024
The hospital reserves the right to cancel the discount and all fees will be charged at the normal hospital rates in the event of unforeseen complications with the mother or baby.

Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

Each participant may only enter the draw once.
To enter, participants must complete the entry form with accurate and complete information.
Monthly winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The decision of the organisers is final and binding.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
PHKL reserves the right to substitute any prize at its sole discretion.
Winners will be notified via Email/Phone within 7 working days of the draw date.
Prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the date of notification.
If a prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at PHKL’s discretion.
Winners are responsible for any costs associated with collecting the prize.
By entering the draw, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
